Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is a monthly subscription with no long-term contract. Cancel from Settings when billing is live — you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
Founding Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days if you have not heavily used Pro features. Monthly Pro refunds are handled case-by-case during early access.
How is payment processed?
Stripe checkout is coming soon. You can create a free account today; we will notify founding members before the first charge.
Is lifetime really for life?
Founding Lifetime grants permanent access to Pro features for as long as TickPort operates. If we ever sunset the product, lifetime members receive at least 12 months notice.
Is this investment advice?
No. TickPort is a portfolio tracking and analytics tool. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes — Pro is $9/month or $99/year (about two months free). Annual billing will be available when checkout launches.
