By using TickPort, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by TickPort (Albion Signature Limited) ("we", "us").

TickPort is software for personal record-keeping and analysis. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

TickPort is invite-only during early access. We may approve or deny applications at our discretion. You must sign in with Google and comply with our acceptable use policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid Pro plans are sold by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, and invoicing. Subscription terms and cancellation are managed through Paddle's customer portal.

Pro subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee handled by Paddle. Contact Paddle support or use the customer portal for refund requests within 30 days of purchase.

Do not abuse the API, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for trading losses, data inaccuracies from third-party market feeds, or downtime. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (if any).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
