These Terms govern access to TickPort (www.tickport.com), a portfolio tracking and analytics product operated by TickPort Ltd (company number TBD), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (registered office TBD) (“TickPort”, “we”, “us”).
1. Not investment advice (NIA)
TickPort provides software tools for recording trades, viewing market data, and exploring analytics. Nothing on TickPort is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance and simulated results (including scanner backtests) do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. During apply-only periods, registration may require a valid invite code. You must keep credentials confidential and provide accurate account information.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (e.g. Pro) are billed via Stripe. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the plan shown at checkout and in the Stripe customer portal. Taxes may apply. Founding or promotional offers are limited and may change without notice for new customers.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (scraping beyond fair use, reverse engineering, abusing APIs, sharing accounts, or uploading unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.
5. Data and privacy
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Market data is provided “as is” from third parties and may be delayed or incomplete.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, TickPort’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £50 if you use only the free tier). Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
